Why open grid floor?

These containers have an open grid floor to be in accordance with many fire codes. The open grid floor also prevents moisture from collecting at the bottom of your containers, which can cause damage to your merchandise. With this type of floor, they can still maintain their high weight capacity while reducing tare weight for shipping. If you cannot use a grid floor, RPP has options for solid floor alternatives.

Even if you aren't in the automotive industry, these Ropak-Style containers are an excellent heavy-duty option. Able to hold thousands of pounds while also being stacked safely to help reduce floor space while keeping your merchandise safe. Whether or not several small products add up to a lot of weight or one large, heavy commodity, these bins can handle your needs. 

Made of high-density polyethylene, these containers are durable; able to withstand the rigors of a warehouse and shipping via freight. Their superior durability will ensure that your product is safe over the road. Less product lost during shipping is less time messing with freight claims and more profit directly into your pocket. This also means that they are 100% recyclable. When they reach the end of their lifespan, you can sell even broken containers for scrap to generate value out of them even if destroyed.

Easy access and collapsible storage

All of these collapsible bulk totes are four-way accessible with a forklift making them easy to manage. A driver doesn't have to align themselves in a way to pick it up from one specific side. Any available side can be used to lift and move these. They also feature two drop doors for easy access. Lifting merchandise can be very hard on the body; these access doors allow your employees and co-workers to reach products more safely at the very bottom of the bins. Spots for labeling allow you to organize your warehouse efficiently and easily. 

Collapsibility means less storage space when the containers are not in use and a much higher return ratio. These all maintain their stackability while collapsed, so they take up very little space during times when you are storing less product. This also helps reduce the shipping cost if you have to ship empty packaging back to yourself. Folded down and stacked up can get you over a 2:1 return ratio.
