RPP Containers has always aimed to offer the best selection of high-quality collapsible plastic bulk containers in the industry. Our DuraGreen, Custom Bulk, and RefurBest product lines have put forward the best lines of collapsible plastic bulk containers, pallet packs, bulk bins, harvest bins, and hopper bottoms. Until recently, we have focused solely on containers, but now RPP Containers has also decided to carry plastic pallets. For our customers who are looking to switch away from wooden pallets for standard warehouse and storage use, we have added our 40" x 48" nestable pallet to our product mix. Our nestable pallet weighs less than 23 lbs. but is still very robust with a static load capacity of 15,000 lbs. and a dynamic load capacity of 2,700 lbs. which makes it a great fit for a wide variety of industrial and warehouse distribution applications.
This pallet has molded in hand holds towards the center for easy handling when empty. It has a flow-through design with additional drain holes in the feet, making it easy to clean and sanitize. When loaded with product, the pallet can be moved easily with pallet jacks, forklifts, and other handling equipment, and its light weight means that it can easily be moved, and the pallets can be nested together to save space when the pallets have been unloaded. This pallet will have a long usable lifespan in your applications and is 100 % reciclable.

Since the 1950s and 60s, the use of pallet racking has been increasing year over year to help businesses better utilize their floorspace and become more efficient in their material storage, handling, and organization. The research firm Market Research Future says that the pallet racking market is projected to have a compound annual growth rate of 7.8% by 2027. RPP Containers wanted to ensure that we gave our customers a high-quality pallet option that would allow them to continue to use their existing pallet racking while still making the environmentally conscious choice of a plastic pallet.
Our Palet de plástico de 40" x 48" para estantes weighs only 23 lbs. but still has a whopping 30,000 lb. weight capacity for static loads. It has a capacity of 4,000 lbs. for dynamic loads, but the real value proposition for this pallet is that it can be edge-racked up to 1,800 lbs. Like our nestable pallet, this pallet also offers a flow-through design for easy cleaning and sanitization. It also offers two molded-in slots where RFID tags can be added for pallet tracking, as well as multiple flat and recessed surfaces on the sides of the pallet for labeling and ID tags. This high-pressure injection molded pallet was designed to hold up to the demands of almost any industrial application.
